Your donation directly supports young adults with autism and related disabilities, opening doors to pathways that help grow vocational skills, exercise independence, and build community through our programs at the West Side Transition Academy, Growing Solutions Farm, Life Lab, and Social Networking.

Donations made between 11/1/2024 and 12/31/2024 will be matched up to $30,000 by the Coleman Foundation.
